The AMSOIL Retail On-The-Shelf Account program is designed for businesses which generally operate out of a storefront with regular hours for public access. These businesses normally sell associated merchandise at retail prices or provide products as part of a service. The business must not operate out of the home or be located at a residence, and AMSOIL should not be the primary business. Excellent examples of Retail On-The-Shelf Accounts are auto parts stores, hardware stores, marinas, farm supply stores, repair shops and fast lubes.
The AMSOIL Commercial Account program is designed for businesses that purchase lubricants for use in the vehicles, machinery, or equipment the business owns and operates. That business is a user of AMSOIL products only and would not hold AMSOIL products for resale. Excellent examples of Commercial Accounts are trucking companies, taxi fleets, company fleets, golf courses, farms, construction companies, manufacturing facilities, municipalities and government agencies.
Preferred Customers purchase AMSOIL products at wholesale cost, which is approximately 25 percent less than suggested retail. Six-month trial membership can only be purchased once; after the trial membership, Preferred Customers need to renew on an annual basis to maintain Preferred Customer status. Annual memberships can be renewed indefinitely.
